Drawing from research on pleasure and dopamine, I reveal how everyday rituals like a morning cup of coffee can reset stress responses, build team morale, and foster a culture that keeps burnout at bay. "Care That's Off the Charts" bridges this gap, equipping healthcare professionals to better support women with issues like low libido, painful intercourse, medication-induced sexual dysfunction, trauma responses, post-cancer intimacy concerns, and Genitourinary Symptoms of Menopause (GSM). Drawing the journey chronicled in my book The Pleasure Plan—I needed to see 15 types of practitioners to get basic information—as well ten years working with clients who struggle with sex, I share insights on the most common treatment gaps as well how to remedy these, one by one. Additionally, I breakdowncore concepts of desire, arousal, and orgasm, providing a practical framework that empowers practitioners to address sexual health issues with greater confidence, sensitivity, and impact.
